  • C# Wpf: Primary language and platform used at DSA. Currently converting old VB script libraries to individual dll’s.
  • C# Windows Forms standalone application: Interfaced and combined several different online databases for users to work with easily and safely.
  • Php: Web Services. Creating new web pages for applications to hit to process data. This includes more web service (API) calls, sql queries, and logging from the php side.

  • Supported current software made by the development team. Eclipse environment dealing with java/yml, using BitBucket to keep all repositories up-to-date. Heavy use in SQL queries.

  • Worked to fix software issues, such as internet connectivity, installing software, virus removal, and operating system crashes.

L2 Systems Engineer | Secant Technologies | June 2017 – September 2018

  • Remote support: Troubleshooted user and server-side problems from programs like Microsoft Office, Dentrix, Quicken and operating system issues. This included Windows, Mac, Ubuntu and Windows server 2008 and upward. Stand-alone and virtualized.
  • On field: Troubleshooted internet related problems that couldn’t be solved remotely. This included driver, cable, and network switch issues. Mostly Cisco products.
  • Profession Services (projects): Setup/upgraded internal networks, installed routers and switches, upgraded cash registers and servers, and cleaned out network rooms.
